The Workforce Development team will promote higher education and a high-quality workforce in Albuquerque and Santa Fe Cities through a variety of programs. The Higher Education Institutions in New Mexico will work to build in New Mexico City’s talent base by connecting New Mexican graduates – a vital component of the City’s future workforce – with employers in the Santa Fe and Albuquerque cities region. We will look for being one of the 100 Best Communities for Young People in America.
